One calendar your whole clinic actually works from
Clinic Care runs the front desk, the doctors' lists and every patient's visit history off a single schedule — built for a family clinic running a general physician, a paediatrician and a dermatologist out of the same set of rooms.
What everyone gets
The same schedule looks different depending on who is looking at it, and that is the whole point — nobody is copying anything from a paper register into a phone, or the other way around.
- Patients
- Book and manage their own visits from their phone — pick a doctor, see the open slots for that day, and cancel from “My appointments” if plans change.
- Reception
- Run one shared front desk instead of a paper register — every booking made online or over the counter lands on the same day view, for every doctor.
- Doctors
- See today's list in order, and a patient's full visit history before they walk into the room — not just the reason given at the desk.
- Owner
- See the whole clinic's day across all three doctors, and the no-show rate, at a glance — without asking reception to add it up.
Questions people actually ask
Is my information private? Yes — every account only sees what its role is allowed to. A patient sees their own visits and history; reception sees the schedule; a doctor sees their own patients' records.
Is there a fee to pay online? No. Consultation fees are shown when you book, but they are collected at the clinic, not online.
Can I cancel? Yes, any time before the visit, from “My appointments” — no need to call the clinic to do it.
